How to Return or Exchange
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your purchase. Follow these easy steps:

- Ship Your Return: Send your package using a carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your items.
- Processing: Once we receive the items, we will verify the issue and process your reimbursement accordingly

Returns are at your own expense.
What are the return conditions?
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with labels still attached. Sale items are eligible for exchange.
How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you request an exchange, we will start the process immediately to ensure completion within a few days.
What if my exchange product is out of stock?
Contact our customer service team for assistance. If your desired product is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved and the item is received, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. The refund will appear on your original payment method according to your bank's processing times.
Partial Refund Policy
In the interest of fair pricing and to avoid passing on to all customers the additional costs associated with multiple orders of the same item (especially when a customer orders the same product in different sizes), we apply a partial refund policy in certain specific cases.
Therefore, when the same item is ordered more than once or in multiple sizes for the purpose of trying it on and then returning part of the order, only 60% of the price of the affected order will be refunded.
