Shipping policy
At TrendAura, we want your order to reach you without surprises.
Processing
You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We don't process or despatch on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
Free standard shipping on every order. Delivery takes 5–8 business days after despatch.
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of despatch, email us at info@wellfieldllc.com. We'll refund or replace it — you won't be asked to keep waiting.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once your parcel is despatched. If you haven't received tracking information, or tracking hasn't updated for a few days, email us and we'll check with the carrier on your behalf.
Possible delays
Delays can happen through carrier issues, customs processing, or an inaccurate address. If your order is running late, contact us — we'd rather look into it than have you waiting.
Your delivery address
Please check your address carefully before you confirm your order. Once a parcel has been despatched we can't redirect it, and we can't be responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address.
Cancelling or changing an order
Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel or amend it where possible. After that your order may already be with our supplier. If it's too late to stop, our returns policy still applies — and for orders under £60 you won't need to send anything back.
Marked as delivered but not received?
Email us at info@wellfieldllc.com and we'll help. It's worth checking with neighbours or others in your household first, and confirming the address on your order confirmation. We'll contact the carrier on your behalf and, if the parcel can't be located, we'll refund or replace it.
Your bank statement
Payments for orders on this site appear as WELLFIELD LLC, the company that operates TrendAura. If you see a charge from WELLFIELD LLC you don't recognise, email us before contacting your bank — we can identify the order and resolve it the same day.
